The yearly cost of the membership is $499 USD for an individual or a company with up to 100 members (plus $1 for setting the account, as required by the credit company in order to allow for the 7-day delay of processing your payment)
Each team member is invited to join via email by the team administrator (the person who bought the membership). If you require more than 100 accounts, the website will prompt you to add another membership.
We decided to proceed this way in order to give you the control of the membership account, to ensure that only the internal team members on your site are registered, while keeping the cost as low as $5/person/year.
You have 7 days to visit the membership site for $1, and will have access to all our online training. If you don’t cancel within that time period (you can see it on your online account), you will be billed for the full amount of $499 USD for the yearly membership. If you do cancel within 7 days, we will not charge your credit card.
We have more modules under development, and they will become available throughout the year, together with our revised and enriched Lean Games.

The Online Lean Training Modules are part of the overall Lean Implementation Program, designed and structured to provide a roadmap of the Lean implementation steps and the associated Lean knowledge and learning required.
Their purpose is to allow independent study of the Lean topics, at own pace, and just-in-time for application. They can be used also repeatedly, and at any time, if you are logged in.
1 – Your Lean specialist can deepen her/his Lean knowledge and expertise and gain valuable know-how on the specific Lean training topic, by first going through the specific modules on her/his own, prior to the actual in-classroom training.
2 – The executive team can follow the learning stream appropriate for their level of responsibility, gaining a deep understanding of how to move from a functional to a value stream organization, and how to establish and deploy the strategic plan.
3 – The engineering team can follow a path that takes them through the value stream mapping and the associated tools to create continuous flow and work cells.
4 – The operations can focus their efforts in establishing standardized work, on-the-job training, and organizing the workplace according to the 5S methodology.
5 – And everybody, from the CEO to the newest team member on the shop floor will need to access the online Lean training modules to gain basic understanding of Lean, and of their respective roles in the Lean transformation.
We strongly recommend that you purchase the Lean training presentations, so that you can organize in-classroom training and workshops, where the Lean specialist can present this material, which is the source of the online modules. They are available as one-time purchase, and are made available immediately after payment, as downloadable zip files.
We also recommend you purchase the Lean training simulations to reinforce the theoretical, head knowledge gained during the in-classroom training sessions by using building blocks (Lego) to simulate the production lines. Your employees will be able to apply the Lean techniques they just learned, in a safe and fun environment, and they can experiment, and grow closer together as a team, by solving problems. The Lean training simulations are available as one-time purchase, and are made available immediately after payment, as downloadable zip files. However, you will need to purchase the blocks yourself. We provide a bill of materials, and our preferred supplier of Lego blocks.
Lastly, we provide also as one-time purchase Lean templates that your team can use off-the-shelf immediately after or during the workshop, without wasting time on trivial activities. They are available as one-time purchase, and are made available immediately after payment, as downloadable zip files.
The Online Lean training modules, the Lean training presentations, the Lean training simulations, and the Lean templates are carefully designed to fit seamlessly with each other. We keep them separated in order to give you the most flexibility of choosing based on your needs, and your stage of advancement in the Lean transformation, and thus to keep your costs at a minimum.
